The day devoted to the launch of the ROSE Challenge was followed by an event at the Paris International Agricultural Show on Thursday 01 March 2018.

The aims and issues involved in the challenge were presented to the general public.

During a round table introduced by the French Minister for Agriculture and Food on the theme of “The agro-ecological transition and pesticide reduction : a shared adventure !“, the challenge organisers – ANR, LNE and Irstea – gave an overview of how the challenge will proceed and their role over the next four years. The various teams competing in the challenge were then introduced and questioned about the constraints and innovative aspects of their technical solutions.
